I wish I had a time machine, The Tardis Ideally, so I could live within it; though the Delorean would be fine, as long as I got Doc and Marty too. Travelling through the eras, the 90's, 80's, 50's, sampling the food, the fashion, and the music. Going back, watching family members as their young selves, watch them grow; witness memories that were never before there. I so wish I had a time machine...
And a Hover board.
We Spit Blood In The Ocean
“Now, the signals we send, are deflected again
We’re still connected, but are we even friends?
We fell in love when I was nineteen
And now we’re staring at a screen”
“I hear our day is coming
gets sweeter every year… ”
my personality is 30% the last movie I watched
For my camera practical assignment, we were given the brief of coming up with a short sequence of shots with a loose story line to convey one of three themes - Blue, Landscape or Age.
In this sequence we encounter a girl who is on the phone, but is distracted by ghostly sounds she can here from within the building behind her - The Old Victorian Baths.
My aim was to convey the age and history of the building by having it contrasted by a young voyeur who’s curiosity gets the better of, she enters the building to investigate where the mysterious noises are coming from.
Thanks to Sancha O’donnell, Kate Maddison and the workers of The Victorian Baths - Manchester.
